Kim is one of the founding partners of Neotrust. He brings over 20 years of rich experience in evaluating innovative cybersecurity technologies and advising large companies on defining their security strategies. Kim, who has spent his entire career in the field of security, is responsible for the Executive CISO programs. He worked as a Transformation CISO at Gide Loyrette Nouel, after serving as the CISO at PwC France and Francophone Africa. He dedicated himself to defining and implementing a strategic and innovative security transformation program, adopting a Zero Trust approach from network to data. Before these roles, Kim was the CISO of VTB Bank, where he was in charge of all aspects of IT security, including strategy, governance, cyber risk management and compliance, design, and operations of security services, to ensure an optimal level of protection for sensitive information and IT activities.

Kim’s mission is to help business leaders, Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs), and IT security teams evolve towards a forward-thinking and technically advanced organization, implementing advanced security practices focused on innovation to provide a significant business advantage.
