In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, amended by Law no. 2018-493 of 20 June 2018 relating to personal data protection to come into line with the provisions of European regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), you are informed that the information you provide, particularly via the forms available on our website, is collected to enable us to respond to your requests and is processed by NEOTRUST SAS for administrative and commercial purposes.

 

Article 1 – Data collection

Your data are collected by NEOTRUST.

The term “personal data” refers to any information concerning an identified or identifiable individual (person concerned); a person is considered to be identifiable if he/she can be identified, directly or indirectly by reference to a name, an identification number or one or more elements specific to his/her physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity.

The personal information that may be collected on the site is mainly used by the publisher to manage his relations with you and, where relevant, to process your requests for information.

 

Article 2 – Right of access, rectification, deletion and dereferencing of your data

Each person has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition to his personal data. Everyone also has the right to limit the processing of his/her personal data, the right to dereference such data and the right to portability concerning any personal data sent to the processing coordinator.

All requests must be accompanied by a photocopy of a valid, signed proof of identity and must include the address at which the publisher can contact the person making the request. The answer will be sent within one month of receiving the request. This one-month period may be extended by two months if the complexity of the request and/or the number of requests make this necessary.

Article 3 – Data usage

The information we collect may be passed on to third parties contracted by the publisher to carry out the subcontracted tasks required to manage your account, without the need for you to give your consent.

In the event of any type of infringement in which the parties are implicated and for which the legal authorities need to have knowledge of the information we have collected, this information will be passed on to these authorities at their explicit, legitimate request and will no longer be covered by the personal data protection provisions.
